    • The following is a “Preliminary Presentation” of a concept or idea proposed for the subject property, to get some initial feedback before deciding to move forward with the project. The presenter has not made a formal application for zoning, and SBSNA does not give a vote or letter of support or denial for preliminary meetings.

        • a new 7-story medical office building at the corner of South Broad and Mifflin Streets (approved in August of 2022)
        • the owner and developer have reconsidered their view on the current market and would like to talk with SBSNA and the community about an alternative use
